Refund Policy

Refunds and Cancellations Due to the specialized laboratory processing required for pet intolerance testing, all sales of Allerkey test kits are final, and we do not offer refunds once a kit has been purchased or unsealed.

Processing Timelines: While we make every effort to deliver test results within our stated estimated windows, lab processing times may fluctuate based on sample quality, volume, and courier shipping constraints. Delays in report delivery do not entitle the purchaser to a refund, transaction reversal, or financial compensation.

Defective Items: If a test kit is found to be physically defective or missing components upon immediate opening, please contact us at assist.allerkey@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase alongside your proof of purchase to arrange a component replacement.
